We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not you can return non-sale, non-customized and non-personalized physical products within 14 days of receipt provided that the products are returned in original, perfect condition, unused, with original packaging. Please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days to receive a return receipt to include with your item. Once we receive, process, and confirm the condition of your return item we will be happy to make a refund which will be returned to your original payment method. Please note you are responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping is non-refundable. Digital download purchases are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received your order, your items will be processed, which may take up to 5 business days. Once your item is confirmed as being in its original condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take several business days to process your refund so please contact them if you have questions about processing times.
Items that arrive damaged or defective can be replaced. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt with a photo and description of the damage and we will work with you to find a suitable replacement or exchange ASAP! 🙂
